Sweet Soulful Eyes

Little C and big brother J have some of the most beautiful eyes I've seen yet. They were both so patient with me, and I really enjoyed working with these two stunning kiddos. What more could a photographer ask for?! =)











And who can resist a couple of little girls in pettiskirts?! It doesn't get much sweeter than this!

They Seemed Like Pros

This gorgeous brother and sister were tons of fun to work with. The actually laughed at my goofy faces, silly antics, and lame jokes. And wow, they really knew how to ham it up for me! I hope they had as much fun as I did. Z and K were great sports, and followed directions like they were old pros. Here's a sneak peek for their mom. =)

She's One, She's Fun, and She's Cute!

Little Miss A just turned one recently. Isn't she adorable?! She's every bit as sweet and happy as she is cute. And she was fun to work with, too.

Working on Composition

You may remember a while back, I took Wendy Schultz's online workshop. Wendy is an amazing teacher and I learned so much from her class. Naturally when she decided to put together a continuing education class I jumped at the chance to sign up. We just finished up our first assignment and it was a good one!

Just a Washin' the Car

Finally ... some nice warm, sunny weather. Is spring finally here?! Ok, so it didn't get warm and sunny until early afternoon, but once it did ... sigh... it was so nice. And look at my little car washers!

Is There Anything Sweeter?

Is there anything sweeter ... than a Daddy-Daughter dance? I really can't think of a thing. Tonight Elliot took the girls to a Sweetheart dance in our neighborhood, for daddies and their daughters. The girls got to dress up in their prettiest party dresses, and I did their hair for them. Of course I made them pose for pictures before they could leave. =) They were both so excited about the dance, especially Anna who was so excited this afternoon she could barely contain it. They had such a good time! The girls came home bubbling with enthusiasm, talking all at once. Each girl got to take home a balloon and a red carnation. Everyone brought yummy treats to share, so you can imagine the sugar high here tonight! Elliot said all of the girls danced all night, although more with the other girls than with their daddies! Apparently the dance was just the right mix of light hearted fun and upbeat dancing tunes. =)

Pretty Little Evie

Have I ever mentioned how much I *love* photographing newborns? Well, I do. They are just so melt-your-heart-sweet. Little Evie was no exception, and I so enjoyed working with her and her fantastic parents. And look at that nursery ... isn't it gorgeous?! I just love all of the little touches and attention to detail.

Date Night Brings Pretty Piggies!

We had a date night not long ago, with another couple. I can't even remember the last time we went out with grown ups!! It was so nice to go to a grown-up restaurant, have some grown-up conversation, and take in a grown-up movie. Sarah and Anna just adore their babysitter, and were thrilled with all of the attention. Here's a quick shot of Sarah's pretty painted toe nails! If you look closely, you can see they have little dots painted on them. =)
